an estate sale. Moving, the death of a loved one and downsizing due to divorce or health issues are a few reasons
an estate sale becomes necessary.
What is an estate sale?
An estate sale is the liquidation of
the contents of a household held at the owner's home. The sale generally consists of everything in the
home: furniture, books, dishes, artwork, linens, appliances, autos, etc. with the exception of those items designated
as not for sale (NFS). NFS items often include appliances that will be sold with the house and items being retained
by family.
Why use an estate sale service?
Life-changing events can be stressful on families and
loved ones. The task of organizing an estate sale is often daunting. In many cases family members live out of
town and are unable to spend the many hours involved in an estate liquidation. An estate sale service can provide as
